The Way is striving to be a church of Life Groups. We believe small groups are the backbone of a healthy church; the stronger our Life Group Ministry, the stronger our church will be. If you want to build lasting friendships and grow spiritually, then we encourage you to join a Life Group. Our Life Group Ministry is led by Pastor Mike Sherbino.
