Children's Pastor:
The Way Community Church in Richmond is looking for a Part-time (20 hours per week) Children's pastor to lead their growing Waykidz program.  Salary is negotiable. The Way is a young church of about three years with approximately 400 people calling it their spiritual home. We are looking for someone who has a deep love for God and is passionate and desirous to work with children. The right candidate must have the skills to be a leader of leaders, ability to grow this developing ministry and an understanding of the challenges facing children and families who are seeking to grow in their spiritual journey. With the right leader in place, we anticipate this ministry growing into a full time position in the coming year. The right candidate will be in agreement with our church's philosophy of ministry, core values and statement of faith found on our web site (www.waychurch.ca).  Theological  training is valued.  Training in child behavior is a plus.
