Close to God's Heart

We believe that God hears us when we pray and is eagerly waiting to answer us. There are several ways to be involved in this vital ministry:

Pre-Service Prayer
The Prayer Team meets at approximately 8:45am before the Sunday service to pray for needs, the praise & worship team, the pastors, the message, Sunday school teachers &children, and the technical aspects of the service. The prayer team prays through the various theatres and hallways used by the church.

Post-Service Prayer
The congregation is invited to go for prayer after the service for any type of need -- physical or emotional healing, life situations, etc. The prayer team members go through a short training session, and work within a small group/team structure.

Prayer Requests
Prayer requests are welcomed and encouraged! On Sundays, you may fill out a communication card with a request and place it in the offering basket or a basket located at the Information Table. During the week, you can call the Ministry Centre and speak with one of our Pastors.
You can choose to keep your prayer request confidential with our Pastors or you can choose to have your request sent to our email prayer group.
